This essential oil roller blend is a household favorite! Perfect for all the feelings that come with starting back to school or going through transition, we use it to invite in calm and practice presence when emotions are trying to take the driver seat. Perfect to roll on the night before the first day of school and before heading out the door in the morning. It makes the most luscious smelling perfume, too.
Butterflies Essential Roller Blend
Ingredients & Supplies
10ml roller bottle (this is one of our favorites)
10 drops Lavender essential oil
10 drops Valor essential oil blend
5 drops Stress Away essential oil blend
5 drops Joy essential oil blend
Carrier oil of choice (we use this one)
Add essential oils to a roller bottle and top with carrier oil of choice. Adjust number of drops/dilution for individual needs. Here's a Guide to Diluting Essential Oils for Kids & Babies if you're not sure where to start.
To use, roll behind ears, on back of neck at base of head, or on wrists and inhale. Use as needed.
