Did you know that the laundry room is one of the MOST toxic environments in your home? Laundry soap and dryer sheet film stay on your clothes to be absorbed into your body ALL day long. The average household washes about 50 pounds of laundry per week— that's almost 8 cups of laundry detergent that you're exposed to per week!
The highly concentrated Thieves Laundry Soap is amazing at cleaning your clothes without harmful, harsh toxic chemicals. Its plant-based formula uses natural enzymes and the power of Thieves, Jade Lemon, and Bergamot essential oils and is free from toxins such as SLS (Sodium Lauryl Sulfate), Dyes, Petrochemicals, Formaldehyde, Phosphates, Synthetic Perfume, and Optical Brighteners.
LESS IS MORE! Not only does this soap gently and naturally wash your clothes leaving them truly clean without any chemical or synthetic residue, but you can also turn one bottle of Thieves Laundry Soap into three! Here's how to hack your Thieves Laundry Soap!
DIY Thieves Laundry Soap Hack
32 ounce glass or BPA-free Plastic Bottles with Pumps
Funnel (for easy pouring)
1 bottle Young Living Thieves Laundry Soap
2 capfuls Thieves Household Cleaner
40-50 drops Young Living Essential Oils of choice
Distilled or Filtered Water
Add one third (approximately 10.5 ounces) of the Thieves Laundry Soap to the 32 ounce pump bottle. Add Thieves Household Cleaner and essential oil of choice (I used Orange, Lemon, Lavender, and Sacred Mountain). Top each bottle with warm filtered water. Warming the water slightly will help the ingredients all melt together—use warm, not hot, water. Close the bottle with the pump lid and gently mix to combine.
TIP: You can remove the labels from your original Thieves Laundry soap and add them to your new bottles!
Use 2-3 pumps per load. Use 4 pumps for really dirty loads. Thieves Laundry Soap and this "hacked" version can be used in all washers, including high-efficiency ones!
