DIY Owie Spray

With a dare devil 8-year-old and a 5-year-old little brother who is always trying to keep up, we see our fair share of “boo-boos” in our home. This spray is a main-stay in our first aid kit. My kids love it because it’s easy-to-apply and I love it because it contains naturally antibacterial coconut oil combined with nourishing essential oils in a simple spray. It’s super easy to apply — just spray and go, so I’m much more likely to get this applied to a boo-boo that my kid has deemed ‘no one allowed to touch.’ With a few simple ingredients, this spray is easily whipped up and quickly refilled when it’s empty—so we always have it on hand when someone needs some boo-boo love.
